FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE!

Simple. We ship anywhere in the world for FREE. Please note that we are not responsible for International shipping duties or import taxes/fees. If applicable, these fees will be payable at order checkout. 

If you place an order Monday - Friday before 1:00pm CT, it will ship the same day. All orders placed after 1:00pm CT will ship the following business day. 
For US orders, transit time is typically between 2-6 business days. 
For International orders, transit time is typically between 3-14 business days. 

Most orders will ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS and will require a signature for delivery.

RETURNS

We're confident that you will love your ARC™ scissors along with our incredible customer service and lifetime warranty, which is why we back your purchase with a 15-day satisfaction guarantee!

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please contact our Customer Support Team via email or phone within 15 days after receipt of your scissors to initiate a refund or replacement.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT:

  • Please fill out the Return Request Form here. 
  • You will receive an email from a customer service representative with the next steps on how to ship your scissors back.
  • All scissors MUST be shipped back to us within 7 days from the date your return authorization was issued to quality for a refund or exchange.
  • Please ensure that your scissors are packaged well to avoid damage during shipping. 
  • If an exchange is requested, the new scissor will ship out as soon as the original scissor is received at our warehouse.
  • Upon receipt of your scissors, our team will check your scissors to make sure they are free of hair, wear or abuse. We will then issue a refund, less any applicable fees, to your original credit card.

PLEASE NOTE: A $50 re-stocking fee may be deducted from your refund if your scissors require cleaning or resharpening. 

No refunds or exchanges will be issued after 15 days receipt of delivery of your scissors.

PRE-ORDERS

  • Payment is charged immediately at checkout. Order confirmation will be sent via email.  
  • Please allow 1-8 weeks for pre-ordered items to ship. Once shipped, tracking information will be sent via email. 
  • Pre-order dates are an estimate communicated by our manufacturer in Japan. Item dates will be updated with the most current information.
  • In-stock and Pre-ordered items ordered together will ship separately with individual tracking. You will not be charged additional shipping
  • To cancel or modify a pre-order, please email info@arcscissors.com.
  • Returns are permitted for up to 15 days from the shipping date.
