Shipping & Returns

We offer free ground shipping within the U.S. We do not currently ship outside the country, but will soon. 

You may return new, unopenedunused* items purchased from within 30 days of delivery. A credit will be issued to your credit card for the cost of the item(s) minus the original shipping. Return postage/insurance is your responsibility.

If your item was delivered to you in a damaged state, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a replacement. Items must be returned in their original packaging and will pay the return shipping costs for any damaged items.

*Items are not returnable if overwrap is torn or removed or the case/product has obviously been marked or handled in any way.

Claims for missing items must be received within 3 days of receipt of order. Please call (800) 760-3010, ext #10, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm CST, to speak with a Customer Service Specialist for assistance or send an email to regarding missing items.
