LIFETIME WARRANTY

The ARC™ Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

It does not cover normal wear, sharpening, misuse, accidental damage, improper maintenance, or corrosion caused by improper cleaning.

HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM

Email: info@arcscissors.com

Include details describing the issue you are experiencing.

Customer service will provide a prepaid shipping label and warranty return form.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS

  • Print your shipping label and warranty form.

  • Include the completed form inside the box.

  • Package your scissors securely inside their original box and place inside a second outer box.

  • Attach the shipping label to the outside of the package.

  • Drop off at a UPS Store and retain your receipt.

AFTER INSPECTION

Once your scissors are received and inspected:

  • If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, ARC will repair or replace the scissors at no cost.

  • If the issue is determined to be caused by use or accidental damage, you will receive an invoice for servicing and return shipping.

We’re confident that you will love your ARC™ scissors. Every purchase is backed by a 15-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you are not completely satisfied, please contact our Customer Support Team within 15 days of delivery to initiate a refund or exchange.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT

  • Complete the Return Request Form:

  • A customer service representative will email you with next steps.

  • All scissors must be shipped back within 7 days of return authorization to qualify.

  • Package your scissors securely to avoid damage during transit.

  • If an exchange is requested, the replacement will ship once the original is received.

  • Upon receipt, our team will inspect your scissors to ensure they are free of hair, excessive wear, or abuse. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable fees.

Please Note:
A $50 restocking fee may be deducted if cleaning is required due to signs of use.

No refunds or exchanges will be issued after 15 days from delivery.

We ship anywhere in the world for FREE.

Please note that we are not responsible for international shipping duties, import taxes, or fees. If applicable, these fees will be payable at checkout.

If you place an order Monday – Friday before 1:00pm CT, it will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm CT will ship the following business day.

U.S. Orders:
Transit time is typically 2–6 business days.

International Orders:
Transit time is typically 3–14 business days.

Most orders ship USPS Priority Mail or UPS and require a signature upon delivery.

PRE-ORDERS

  • Payment is charged at checkout.

  • Please allow 1–8 weeks for pre-ordered items to ship.

  • Tracking information will be emailed once shipped.

  • Pre-order dates are estimates provided by our manufacturer in Japan.

  • In-stock and pre-ordered items ship separately with individual tracking numbers.

  • Returns are permitted within 15 days from delivery.
