    Precision Cutting

    This is my 2nd pair of ARC scissors and I am again very impressed with the high quality of the Harmony. The scissors fit comfortably in my hand and glides through the hair smoothly. I can now give my Panthon a little break because I can see the Harmony being my new work horse. I highly recommend this product.
