The Arc Scissors 28/4 Reversible Texturizer is your everything-in-between — the perfect balance of refinement and control. Designed to remove 35–40% of bulk, it smooths transitions, blends layers, and connects shapes while maintaining body and structure. Think of it as the soft-focus lens of your toolkit: ideal for refining the mids, blending dense crowns, and connecting disjointed layers on medium to thick textures. The result is soft structure — movement that feels deliberate, lived-in, and completely seamless.
Forged by Japanese masters from ATS314 steel, the 28/4 features precisely aligned teeth for consistent tension and smooth glide control, wet or dry. Its ergonomic balance lets you work naturally through any cutting motion, and the ball-bearing pivot ensures flawless, frictionless movement. For stylists who want refinement without reduction, the 28/4 delivers that perfect, polished equilibrium between strength and softness.

What Makes It Different:
This is a reversible scissor and can be used from both sides (flipped). Flipping or "reversing" the scissor allows you to cut hair differently with the teeth pointed up or down. This scissor will effortlessly slice and slide-cut through hair with zero drag or pull.
Handle Design:
Butterfly "eyeglass" handle that is precisely carved out to allow for perfect positioning with each of the four basic hand positions. The "eyeglass" handle allows for reversible use making it two scissors in one.

All the ARC shears are so well made, that's all I use! This texture shear is very smooth, no drag or pull. Excellent for additional movement and taking out extra weight. I love point cutting with it just to bust up the hard lines!
